Terms of Service
These terms describe what Hunt My Vinyl does, what you can expect from it, and what we ask of you in return.

Google accounts, profiles, marketplace preferences, threshold settings and manually entered wantlists and Discogs Wantlist CSV import are live. Albums and prices on the public demo are illustrative. The public homepage uses verified catalogue albums, trusted catalogue covers and confirmed exact local product links. Real album pages can show recently observed prices supplied by Keepa in supported public-beta markets; coverage and freshness vary. Generic CSV import, Discogs synchronisation, payments and email alerts are not live yet. Authenticated users can save exact direct Amazon product links; only a link with a verified local tag is an affiliate link. Amazon Associates participation is active for Belgium, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, Spain, the United Kingdom and the United States.

Eligibility and your account
You must be able to enter into a binding agreement in your country to use Hunt My Vinyl. Google-authenticated accounts are available. You are responsible for keeping your Google login secure and for activity carried out through your Hunt My Vinyl account.
What Hunt My Vinyl does
Hunt My Vinyl currently lets you create a profile, enter albums manually, save a wantlist, choose marketplace preferences, set a deal threshold and use a personal referral link. Live prices are shown only where an exact product and current observation are available; demo pages remain clearly labelled illustrative data.
Discogs Wantlist CSV import, catalog matching, background price checks and verified exact Amazon product links are available in supported markets. Manually curated beta watchlist emails are enabled by default and can be disabled in the dashboard or through the unsubscribe link; they are not guaranteed or automated price alerts. Generic CSV import, live Discogs synchronisation and payments are not available. Only links with a verified local tag are affiliate links.
Hunt My Vinyl is registered with Amazon.de PartnerNet, with Amazon.de as the initial commercial priority. Hunt My Vinyl does not generate OneLink URLs. Future product-data integrations and alerts will require appropriate provider access and programme compliance. Amazon does not sponsor or endorse Hunt My Vinyl.
Tell a friend rewards
When a genuinely new member creates an account through your personal referral link, one complimentary Pro month is reserved for your account and one for theirs. Reserved months become usable only if and when Pro launches, have no cash value and cannot be transferred. Each new account can be attributed once. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, automated sign-ups and other misuse do not qualify and may be voided.
Plans and pricing
Current account access supports manually entered wantlists, marketplace choices and a personal threshold without an active paid subscription.
The Pricing page previews intended Free and Pro features and illustrative subscription prices. Observed marketplace prices are available where public-beta coverage exists. Pro checkout, subscriptions and automated email alerts are not live. Optional beta emails may be sent only with your consent, can be disabled at any time and may contain last-known rather than current prices. Selecting a payment option does not create a purchase or billing obligation.
Your statutory consumer rights, including any applicable right of withdrawal for consumers in the European Union, are unaffected by these terms.
What we cannot guarantee
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability
- Demo prices are illustrative; observed retailer prices can expire and are not purchase quotes
- Future matching and retailer information may be incomplete, delayed or inaccurate
Always verify the final product, edition, price, delivery cost, tax, stock and retailer terms on the retailer's website before you buy. Any purchase you make there is a contract between you and that retailer, not with us.
Fair use
Please use the service as intended. Do not scrape it, resell it, overload it, attempt to bypass technical safeguards or any future plan limits, upload unlawful content or interfere with its security.
Intellectual property
The Hunt My Vinyl name, design and software belong to THE MAGNOLIA CONNECTION. Album artwork, retailer names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Your wishlist data remains yours.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for purchase decisions made on the basis of information that changed at the retailer. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or mandatory consumer rights.
Applicable law
Belgian law applies to these terms. If you use the service as a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer rules of the country where you live.
